After an enquiry is received a meeting will be arranged for David or one of the DJS team to come out to your site to meet with you and discuss your project. If it is a new build, you can meet to go over your plans.
This meeting is a free service, an initial consult to discuss the work you require, ideas, style, and budget expectations. A meeting is not always required but offered as an initial meet and greet with David. It is also a chance to utilize his expertise!
After this initial meeting David will prepare a free concept drawing (3D render) for you and a quotation to review.
That really is your starting point, to get to your dream layout, look and functionality.
Together we work with you to tailor and customise the space specifically to your needs.
Should you wish to proceed with full working drawings of the space, project elevations, and revisions. We then request a small fee to prepare the project for you. This package can be used by the building team, electrician, plumber during the build or renovation.
This design cost is 100% rebated back to you when the project is confirmed for manufacture with our production team.
Operations manager Ren, then becomes your point of contact managing the manufacture of your project and timelining with trades and expected installation dates.
Our general payment terms require a 50% deposit upon confirmation of a project. 40% progress payment upon factory inspection/ pre-installed completion of cabinetry. Then a balance payment of 10% once the entire job is in and 100% completed. These terms can be negotiated prior to confirmation of project.
All our work holds a manufacture guarantee of 10 years. We use what we believe is the best product available to us, most of which hold 10 year to lifetime supplier/ brand warranties.
